(2) MENU DIET - GRILLED BLACKPEPPER CHICKEN

Terlebih rajin plak maka diteruskan dgn resepi kedua....Amboi kemain bersemangat...Kan bagus kalo tiap2 ari bersemangat camni...Ok resepi diet kedua ni masih berasaskan ayam...Resepi ni sebenarnya sy olah drp resepi chicken wing yang sy pnah buat...Tp rasanya xpenah share kat blog lg kot...Ke dah ade eh? Sy pun lupa...ngeeee


Grilled Blackpepper Chicken

Bahan2 :

200 gm ayam (lebih kurang 3 ketul)
1 ulas bwg merah
2 ulas bwg putih
1/2 inci halia
2 sudu kicap pekat ABC
1 sudu sos tiram
serbuk blackpepper (lebih sedap kalo lada hitam yg ditumbuk)
Lettuce + cherry tomatoes (hidangan sampingan)
Sos thousand island (nak guna mayonis pun bleh...tade hal)
sedikit minyak utk meng'gril'

Cara2 :

Tumbuk bwg2 + halia + lada hitam
Gaulkan ayam dgn bahan tumbuk + kicap + sos tiram
Perapkan ayam selama 1-2 jam
Sapukan pan dgn sedikit minyak dan grill sehingga masak (nak guna oven pun bleh..sy guna pemanggang ajaib tu)
Bile dah masak hidangkan bersama lettuce + sos
